The restaurant’s cuisine is a seamless combination of Maine’s sea-faring tradition refined in its presentation and perfected in its taste. We source as many of our ingredients from local organic farms and producers as possible. The greatest care is taken to ensure we source the freshest and most sustainable products possible.
While the menu finds its strongest roots in the cool waters of Casco Bay, with offerings such as Littleneck Clams, Maine Crab Cakes, Great Diamond Seafood Chowder and Steamed Maine Lobster, there is a breadth of choices to suit any taste.
If you’re more of a landlubber, you’ll enjoy our Duck Leg Confit, New York Strip Steak, or Southern Fried Chicken, to name a few of our favorites. Vegetarian offerings are aplenty, providing an array of soups and salads, pasta, and vegetable dishes. We will accommodate any special dietary needs and requests.
